The coffee bar – restaurant DIPNOSOFISTIS was created
in 1992 in one of the greenest areas in Tgagarada in east Pelion and
has operated under the same management since it began. It's creators were inspired by the mythical mountain, the harmony of the colours, the tastes and the sounds, and they created a place that completes the setting, in a way that many Greek and foreign magazines suggest, as a unique place in the whole area of Pelion. Athineos’s Dipnosofistes were used as the holy book of the meter in gastronomy and aesthetics for that place, and helped it's creators to approach tastes from the Greek mythology, the modern Greek and International cuisine, with sensitivity, care and respect. |
