During the summer Dipnosofistis has two separated areas
for it's guests. The restaurant area is housed in a stone built yard,
with simple decoration, covered by green plants under the shade created
by the vine leafs.
Here the inspired chef’s recipes are accompanied by fresh salads,
rich with vegetables from Dipnosofistis’s garden, and inventive “dishes”
that alternate daily. Tastes inspired by the Mediterranean and International
cuisine, combined with a carefully chosen wine list.
In a second yard, that stretches on three levels, under the plain
and chest nut trees, is the open bar with virtuoso made cocktails
and famous cakes and sweets, with a musical back round from all
the over the world. Taking place here are musical events such as
live groups, jazz, latin, folklore etc. |
